Module Description - Low Back Pain

This module provides 3 hours of independent study continuing education credit and 1 to 3 hours of academic credit. 

This module is based on the low back pain guidelines from the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research and is presented through a case study format to stimulate critical thinking. The cases are designed to be worked through in order starting with Case Study C.W., followed by Case Study Susie. Within each case is linked information on low back pain designed to give you the didactic information you need to make the clinical decisions in the cases. Simply click on the underlined words to link to the sites. Clicking the "back" button on your toolbar will return you to the case.
