SUBJECT: President's Awards for Distinguished Service

President Beggs has requested that the Faculty recommend three Faculty members to receive recognition for outstanding service to the university community. These awards will be presented during the ANNUAL SHOCKER PRIDE PICNIC, Tuesday, April 24, 2007.

To nominate a faculty member who has given outstanding service to the university community, please take a few minutes to complete the attached form. Please also attach a copy of the nominee’s c.v.

Submit your nomination to Bobbi Dreiling in the Office of the Faculty Senate, Box 111, no later than Thursday, March 1, 2007. Nominations received after the deadline will not be considered. Previous winners are INELIGIBLE for nomination, please see the attached listing on the reverse side of previous award recipients'.

The Faculty Senate Executive Committee will review the nominations and then submit their recommendations to the President.
