The Faculty Senate is appalled at the ad you chose to run in Monday's Sunflower, advertising the services of "Research Rocks", a company that apparently will for a fee relieve students of the need actually to learn (do research) in order to pass their courses. Students should know that, should they choose to avail themselves of the services of this company or anyone else to do their work for them (i.e., relieve themselves of the "burden" of doing their own research), that they would then be violating the sprit of WSU's honor code, as spelled out in the catalog (see, e.g., WSU Undergraduate catalog, pp 28-29), and could be subject to sanctions such as defined in the same section.
