• James J. Rhatigan Leadership Scholarship Packet.  The James J. Rhatigan Leadership Scholarship was created by the 1995-1996 Student Government Association to provide tuition and cost of living assistance to eligible Wichita State University Juniors and Seniors.  The scholarship honors Dr. James J. Rhatigan, Senior Vice President of Wichita State University, for his many years of service as Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students, and for being a model of leadership to students throughout his tenure.  The scholarship is meant to reward students who have demonstrated consistent leadership, service and academic merit within the University and surrounding community.  All applicants will be screened by the Scholarship Committee and interviews will be conducted with the finalists.
